①In addition to knowledge and abilities regarding mountains, many staff members can speak foreign languages. Their specialty is mountain, so although their foreign language ability is not professional but general communication is possible. Therefore, they are good at communicating in emergencies.

②When we have staff members who cannot speak a foreign language, we prepare another staff who can speak customer’s native language on standby as an emergency base manager. In case of that, you can always communicate via satellite phone.
