登山中気象条件等により延泊が発生した場合などの支払方法はは別途現金、QRコードでご請求いたします。

After application and quotation are confirmed,
❶Please pay part of the deposit by credit card.
➋Pay the balance by credit card, QR code, or cash before you start climbing after entering Japan.
If your stay is extended due to weather conditions or so during the mountain climbing, you will be charged a separate payment method in cash or QR code.
Usage procedure
１）Contact us by email
Please contact us via email or SNS . If you have decided the plan, please let us know your requests about climbing course, starting time, approximate number of people, and your wishes.
２）Estimate/consultation/meeting
We will prepare estimate based on your climbing plan and wishes through an online interview. Consultation fees and estimate preparation fees are free.
３）SENDING CLIMBING PLAN INFORMATION AND PAYING APPLICATION DEPOSIT
After the climbing start date and estimated price are determined, we will send you a set of climbing plans, necessary equipment confirmation, confirmation notes from the guide and staff by email.
４）Incurrence of cancellation fee
A cancellation fee of 30% of the estimate price will be charged from 30 days before the start date of the mountain climbing.
５）BRIEFING SESSION on CLIMBING PLAN
The guide, staff accompanying you including porter or so will provide online explanations such as mountain climbing plans, precautions, confirmation of the trailhead and necessary equipment, etc.
６）CONTACT FROM THE GUIDE REGARDING INCLEMENT WEATHER, ETC. 3 days before the departure date
The guide carefully checks the weather conditions of the mountain. We will depart even on rainy days, but the tour may be canceled or postponed depending on the guide's judgment. In that case, we will contact you three days in advance.
７）Request the balance on the day of departure
On the day of the departure, our guide and staff will be waiting for you at the meeting point.
８）ABOUT extended STAY AT A MOUNTAIN HUT
Depending on the sudden change in weather conditions, we may extend the night at a mountain hut for safety.
